The Municipal Juvenile Court was opened in October of 2001 and is presided over by Judge Melissa Madrigal.

Cases Heard in Municipal Juvenile Court

All Municipal Court cases filed against persons who were under 17 years of age on the date of the alleged offense will be heard in the Municipal Juvenile Court.

Adults charged with the offense of Parent Contributing to Non-Attendance will also be handled in the Municipal Juvenile Court.

Parking

Please note that North Upper Broadway is a one-way street, with traffic travelling from Leopard toward Mestina.  Wilson Plaza is at the corner of Leopard and North Upper Broadway.  Parking is behind the building and accessible from North Upper Broadway.  Parking designated for Municipal Court customers is the last row, closest to North Upper Broadway, spaces #95 through 106.  Additional parking is available at meters in the area.

Bus:  Take Bus Route 78 CC Beach Connector which leaves from Staples Street Station.
